    Dugong Inc. (currently CrowdLab Inc.) becoming a subsidiary company of Brangista Inc. CrowdLab Inc. operates a media platform, Travel note, which provides a variety of daily feeds regarding local and international travel news, delightful cuisine, entertainment, and other attractive information.

    The company transitions to a holding company structure with Brangista Media Inc., Brangista Solution Inc., Brangista Taiwan Inc. and CrowdLab Inc.
