Apr, 2003 Starts a solution service that helps with sales promotion.
Mar, 2005 Commissioned to operate a fan club for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, a professional baseball team. Starts delivering e-mails to fan club members.
Sep, 2006 Forms a business alliance with All Japan Ryokan Hotel Association Inc. and starts to provide comprehensive support for enhancing the service of Yado-Net, an official website of the association.
Feb, 2007 Nexyz. Corporation (currently Nexyz.Group Corporation) and LesPros Entertainment Co., Ltd., an entertainment agency, establish a joint venture, the former Brangista Inc., at Sakuragaokacho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo to plan and operate entertainment content on the Web.
Dec, 2007 The former Brangista Inc. publishes Tabiiro, a digital travel magazine that works as a “navigator” for adult women. The Company launches an advertising agency business for facilities that have appeared in Tabiiro. Publishes Tabiiro, a digital travel magazine that navigates a trip of adult women.

Jan, 2008 Publishes puppine, a digital new sensation magazine for you and your pet.

Accepts an investment from Gentosha Inc., a major publisher, to strengthen the system for editing and creating digital magazines.
Feb, 2009 Luxury trips as rewards suggested to active women. Plans and publishes Tabiiro Luxury Stays, a digital magazine, with Rakuten Travel, Inc. (currently Rakuten Group, Inc.).
Nov, 2010 Tabiiro, a digital travel magazine that navigates trips for adult women,  has been relaunched as a monthly publication. It was previously published quarterly.
Apr, 2011 The Company merges with the former Brangista Inc., a group company, to strengthen its business base and technological capabilities. The business name changes to Brangista Inc.
Aug, 2011 The former Brangista Inc. changes Tabiiro Luxury Stays, the Web magazine planned jointly with Rakuten Travel, Inc.  (currently Rakuten Group, Inc.) and first published in February 2009, to Tabiiro Seasonal Style. 
Sep, 2011 Publishes GOODA, a digital lifestyle magazine that produces 'Drama' of adult men.
Dec, 2011 Publishes MARIA PREA, a digital wedding magazine in which “readers can find the wedding styles they want to have.”   
Apr, 2013 Publishes SUPER CEO, a digital magazine for passionate leaders who create next era.

Publishes BIJIN ZAIFU, a digital magazine that proposes financial plans to working women.
Sep, 2013 Accepts an investment from Rakuten, Inc.(currently Rakuten Group, Inc.) to strengthen the business alliance in the digital magazine business.

Apr, 2015 Publishes GINGER mirror, a new kind of smartphone digital fashion magazine for readers who want to reduce working hours and increase value for money in collaboration with Rakuten Ichiba and Gentosha co., ltd.

Publishes Madream, a digital lifestyle magazine that helps readers design their homes to their own specifications, jointly with NEXT Co., Ltd., (currently LIFULL Co., Ltd.)which operates HOME’S, a real estate and housing information site.

Oct, 2015 Establishes Brangista Game Inc. (a consolidated subsidiary) engaged in the online game business and smartphone application business in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
Nov, 2015 More dramatic weddings!  Renews MARIA PREA and publishes Bon Mariage, a magazine for would-be brides. 

Starts Tabiiro Plus, a travel curation site.
Dec, 2015 Publishes GOETHE GLOBE, a magazine for adults featuring articles on leisure and learning, in collaboration with Credit Saison Co.,Ltd. and Gentosha co., ltd.

Starts cross-border e-commerce services. These are one-stop services for overseas sales, and include services for enhancing the environment for research, translation, attracting customers, payment, delivery, and customer support.
Jun, 2016 Brangista Game Inc., a consolidated subsidiary, starts to deliver Kaminote, a thrilling 3D claw crane game produced by Yasushi Akimoto. 
Jun, 2017 Under the supervision of Aoyama main land co., ltd, publishes MaRiche, a life style web magazine that helps women investors manage their assets with Gentosha co., ltd.
Oct, 2017 Brangista Taiwan Inc.(consolidated subsidiaries) is established in Taiwan.

Published NOMITABIBON(drinking travel guides ),a magazine for drinking and snacks while traveling and it is supplement to the magazine named "TABIIRO", in collaboration KOKUBU GROUP CORP.

Published BeViVi,a online fashion magazine for smart phone, in collaboration with Rakuten, Inc.(currently Rakuten Group, Inc.) and Kodansha Ltd.

Dugong Inc. (currently CrowdLab Inc.) becoming a subsidiary company of Brangista Inc. CrowdLab Inc. operates a media platform, Travel note, which provides a variety of daily feeds regarding local and international travel news, delightful cuisine, entertainment, and other attractive information.
April, 2020 The company transitions to a holding company structure with Brangista Media Inc., Brangista Solution Inc., Brangista Taiwan Inc. and CrowdLab Inc.
