and maximizing its enterprise value. To this end, we have established the code of conduct below.
We will continue to evolve as a reliable company, with our employees taking action on their own initiative
and with creativity in accordance with the code of conduct.

Code of Conduct

    We will comply with laws and regulations and will act in accordance with social norms.
  2. Fair transactions
    We will always conduct fair transactions.
  3. Pursuit of customer satisfaction
    We will emphasize communication with customers and will work to provide products and services based on each customer’s environment and needs.
  4. Providing products and services beneficial to society
    We will provide products and services that have superior value and are beneficial to society.
  5. Confronting antisocial forces
    We are determined not to yield to antisocial forces and organizations that threaten social order and safety, but will stand firm against them.
  6. Protection of personal information
    We will take all possible steps to manage personal information properly and will work to prevent information leaks.
  7. Contributions to society
    We will reconcile our profits with benefits of society and will contribute to society.
  8. Comfortable working environment
    We will accept our employees’ diversity, personalities, and individuality and will provide them with places to make the most of their qualities.
  9. Making the code of conduct known to all employees
    We will work to make the code of conduct fully known to all employees and to improve the internal system.

Basic policy to confront antisocial forces

The Company has established the following basic policy to prevent any damage that may be done by antisocial forces.

(i) The entire Company will deal with antisocial forces,
groups or individuals pursuing economic profits through violence, threats, and fraudulent activities,
and will ensure the safety of its employees.

(ii) We will maintain collaborative relationships with outside professional entities,
such as the special violence prevention association of the Metropolitan Police Department and lawyers,
in anticipation of unreasonable demands of antisocial forces.

(Iii) We will not have any relationships, including business relationships, with antisocial forces.
We will reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.

(iv) We will never be involved in any backdoor negotiations
or provide money in reaction to antisocial forces’ unreasonable demands.

(v) Even if antisocial forces’ unreasonable demands are the result of misconduct
in our business activities or the misconduct of our employees,
we will never be involved in any backdoor negotiations to cover up facts.

(vi) We will never give money to antisocial forces.

(vii) We will comply with the organized crime exclusion ordinances established by local governments (prefectures).

(Basic policy to confront antisocial forces)
